Hand2Hand is an organization that partners with churches and schools to provide weekend snacks and meals for kids in need over the weekend.

The Caledonia Gathering is partnered with a local school in Caledonia and each week we pack bags of food for children during the school year.

There are a couple of ways that you can help eliminate weekend hunger. First, you can look at the list of food items below and bring any of those items into church each week. Second, pray! Please pray for the families and students receiving food each week!
